This month I've been sharing real questions from real students about the Elevate Retreat. Here’s another real question I get a lot about the Elevate retreat:

“I’m not very flexible… will I be the only one?”

Short answer? Absolutely not.
This retreat is not about touching your toes or standing on your head.

It’s about reconnecting with your body in a gentle, loving way—wherever you are, just as you are.

Our yoga practices are all-levels and intentionally designed for real people with real bodies. They include a grounding blend of:

🌀 Gentle yoga
🧘 Yin and restorative postures
🌊 Somatic movement to release tension
🛌 Yoga Nidra (guided rest + nervous system reset)

No pressure. No performance. Just mindful movement to help you feel more centered, open, and at home in yourself.

And when it comes to our group excursions?


You don’t need to be an athlete to participate.

We’ll be hiking local trails (think: leisurely, waterfall-filled nature walks), strolling through charming downtown shops, and taking in art and inspiration at local museums.

You’re encouraged to join in all activities—but you’re never required to push through if your body or energy says, “not today.”

The truth is, we’re not here to compete.
We’re here to connect.
With our bodies. With nature. With each other.
