This summer, I’m inviting you to join me in a gentle, soul-nourishing journey through the book An Artful Path to Mindfulness by Janet Slom.
This beautifully designed program blends creativity with mindfulness in a way that feels both grounding and expansive. This 9-week program is similar to Julia Cameron’s The Artist's Way, but is shorter and inspired by the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) approach. It includes guides for breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, and expressive art practices like collage, line work, and intuitive mark-making.
You don’t need to be an artist or a yogi to join us—just curious and open to exploring new ways of being present with yourself. Each week, I’ll share reflections and prompts based on the reading and practices for everyone. You can follow along at your own pace.
The program is open to both free and paid subscribers. Paid subscribers will also be able to gather with me live for optional online meetups to check in and create in community. Recordings will be provided behind the paywall.
