
Each month I host mini-retreats on InsightTimer, a free yoga and mediation platform. Mini retreats are an invitation to slow down and listen to your body and your life. We’ll start with gentle somatic movement to settle the nervous system, then explore a simple mindful creativity practice (no art or writing experience needed). The emphasis is on awareness, reflection, and listening inward. Bring a yoga mat and something to write or draw with.
