Somatic Yoga for Hips

For Prestonwood Fitness Center members: Enjoy a relaxing 90-minute workshop designed to gently release tension in the hips, hamstrings, and low back.

Through slow, mindful movements and steady breath, we’ll support the nervous system in softening patterns of stress and muscle tightness. This practice emphasizes ease rather than effort, allowing the body to unwind gently. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, spacious, and at ease.

This workshop is supportive for post-workout stiffness, recovery after injury, long hours of sitting, or limited mobility. Dress in comfortable layers, and plan to get up and down from the floor at the beginning and end of class.
