Zoom Lunchtime Somatic Yoga

Join me Mondays at 11 am for lunchtime somatic yoga from the convenience of your home or office, live on Zoom. This 4-week series will help you regulate your nervous system and release built-up patterns of tension and holding.

Great weekly practice for athletes before or after training sessions, those with limited mobility or recovering from injuries or recent surgeries, or anyone looking to let go of stress and tension in their bodies and minds.

Move with more freedom and ease and less pain and get back to doing what you enjoy! All you need is comfortable clothes, a yoga mat, and the ability to get up and down off the floor.

This series is taught live and will include a weekly recording as well as access to my video library of classes and individual movements.
