4 Sessions of self-massage and Yin
Props: yoga mat, pillows, blanket, foam roller + 1-2 firm massage balls, tennis balls, or lacrosse balls
This supportive series of four, full-length classes takes place mostly while seated or lying down. We alternate between deep, Yin-style stretches, light movement, and self massage techniques and tools.
This practice lubricates creaky, stiff joints; opens up tight, stuck, and sore areas of the body, and slows down your mind. Great for self-care and maintenance, recovering from training or workouts, and rehabbing old injuries.
Ability: Need to be able to get down on the floor and up again easily.
Props: foam roller, acupressure massage balls, pillows and blankets. Optional, stick roller.

Module 1: Video
Props: mat, blocks, blanket, bolster (have these each week)
Focus: Lower kinetic chain (toes, feet, ankles, calves, knees, hips, low back)
Module 2: Video
Props: 1-2 acupressure balls, foam roller or stick roller
Placement: Set up near a wall clear of objects or with a chair
Focus: Lower kinetic chain + quadriceps, hamstrings
Module 3: Video
Props: Foam roller, stick roller, 1-2 acupressure balls
Focus: Hips, glutes, SI, IT band, hamstrings, quadriceps
Module 4: Video
Props: 1-2 acupressure balls
Focus: SI, glutes, back, neck, shoulders
