Pelvic Clock

Once you're comfortable with arch + flatten and hip slides, you're ready for pelvic clock. Refer to the clock image included. Flattening the back towards your head is 12:00. Arching your low back and rolling your tail down towards your feet is 6:00.

Pelvic clock can feel a little strange at first. Move slowly and notice where the movements are more and less coordinated.

This movement allows you to release and coordinate the muscles that move the pelvis, including the hips, low back, and abdominals.
