This 4-week online series is designed to help you discover how regulating your nervous system can improve your quality of life through a blend of yoga, breathwork, creative expression, community support, and connection with nature.

Week 1: Mindful Movement & Breath – Learn how movement and breathwork support your nervous system and why regulation is key to your well-being.

Week 2: Mindful Creativity – Explore how creative practices like drawing, painting, and reflective writing can calm your mind and spark joy.

Week 3: Mindful Connection – Develop a personalized support plan and release the belief that “it’s all up to me.”

Week 4: Mindful Nature – Discover the power of time in nature through immersion and visualization .

About Me 💛

You already know that I'm an RYT-500 yoga teacher, but I've also completed 100 hours of additional training in somatic healing. I’m passionate about sharing evidence-based practices that empower you to connect with your body and personal experience.
As a highly sensitive person, I turned to yoga to help me live more sustainably as a professional creative and mom. Through movement, mindfulness, and artistic expression, I found ways to regulate my nervous system and cultivate resilience—and I love helping others do the same.
In this workshop, I’ll be weaving in research-backed insights on nervous system health, including wisdom from Heal Your Nervous System by Dr. Linnea Passaler, to help you create from a place of calm, clarity, and flow. I can't wait to share this experience with you! 🎨✨
