My private mindfulness coaching sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation and reduce stress and physical tension through the use of mindful creativity and movement.

This nourishing work is supportive for anyone ready to receive more care for themselves.

Build a personal movement practice, dive more deeply into mindful creativity, or find rest with a restorative yoga session. It's entirely up to you.

Private sessions are available online, at your home or office, or in my home studio in Apex, North Carolina.

Single Session

60 minutes | $85
Applies to sessions scheduled during office hours, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, held online or in my Apex studio.

Expires 4 weeks from purchase.

In-home sessions or nights/weekend rate: add $10 per session.

4-Session Package

60 minutes each | $306
Save 10% over the single-session rate ($76.50/session).

Expires 10 weeks from first session.

This package also receives 10 weeks of Video Library access.

8-Session Package

60 minutes each | $578
Save 15% over the single-session rate ($72.25/session).

Expires 20 weeks from first session.

This package also receives 20 weeks access to the Video Library.

How It Works

1. Free 15-Minute Discovery Call
We’ll meet on Zoom so I can learn about your goals, challenges, and preferences.

2. Personalized Sessions
Sessions can be online or in-person at my peaceful home studio in Apex, NC. (I also travel—just ask.)

3. Ongoing Support
You’ll receive simple tools for real-life integration, and a session recording (if virtual) or notes to revisit during the week.
